Sam has over 20 years experience in the Securities and Derivatives Industry beginning with his time as a trader on the Sydney Futures Exchange in the early 1990’s. As well as his vast knowledge of financial products covered at Lythgo Crew, he has a particular interest in dealing with Sophisticated and Wholesale investors and the products available to these types of clients. Sam as Managing Director also oversees the day to day running and compliance requirements for Lythgo Crew.

Michael is a qualified financial planner with a background in business banking, mainstream financial planning and securities advice. His main expertise lies in the areas of life products, superannuation and long term equity based strategies. Michael likes to provide his clients with holistic advice across investment, risk and retirement planning. Michael is also a member of the Onepath Life Risk Adviser Board.

Dane has always had a passion for helping people whether it be his clients or his local surf lifesaving club where he volunteers. This passion combined with a strong desire to pursue a career in finance and money management has led him to becoming an exceptional financial planner. With an eye for detail and technical skills incorporating the latest changes in regulatory requirements, Dane helps his clients meet their goals across all areas of financial planning. Dane studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Sunshine Coast with a Double Major in Financial Planning and International Business and is RG146 compliant.

James commenced as an employee with Lythgo Crew in 2015 when he completed his Bachelor of Finance degree at the Queensland University Of Technology. Upon completion James became an accredited Authorised Representative within the company. James specialises in providing strategic financial advice in relation to Investments, Superannuation and Insurance for a broad range of clients irrespective of age, occupation or circumstance.

Dane commenced as an employee with Lythgo Crew in 2020 when he completed his Bachelor of Business degree with a Financial Planning Major at the University of Sunshine Coast. Upon completion, Dane has undertaken his professional year and became an accredited Authorised Representative within the company. Dane is focused on providing Investment and Risk advice to young and middle-aged clients as he feels an early start in educating clients as to the benefits of Financial Planning will serve them well in the long term.

Jonathon joined LCWM in early 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Business and Commerce Majoring in Finance and Human Resource Management at the University of Southern Queensland. Since starting at the firm, Jonathon has also since completed a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning through Kaplan Professional. Jonathon completed his professional year by working closely with Director Michael Crew. Jonathon is focused on providing Insurance, Investment and Superannuation advice to a wide range of clients. Jonathon also has extensive experience in dealing with Centrelink matters and can greatly assist with Age Pension queries for older clients.

Brian joined LCWM in 2012 after a long history involved in financial planning. Brian now spends his time focusing on building partnerships, referral partners and introducing new clients to the firm and its team of Financial Planners. His experience in the Insurance, Investment and Superannuation area is of great assistance in making introductions to the best suited planner for your individual situation.

Jayde joined Lythgo Crew in February of 2022. Jayde brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm with a long history in a number of roles for a large ASX listed firm. Her knowledge around reporting, administration and management allows the firm to run smoothly and her support role for Michael Crew proves invaluable to him providing an excellent service to his client base. Jayde continually introduces new policies and procedures to the firm and ongoing training to our support staff that enables the streamlining of everyday procedures vital to keeping on top of regulation.
